Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
    • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Submit the return form with your order number and reason for return.
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
    • You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of return approval.

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with a reason.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Opened aerosol spray paints
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
