Order Dispatch Timing

Orders placed before 13: 00 pm (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 13: 00 pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed after 13: 00 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.

All orders placed on Spraypaintstore.co.uk are delivered with in 2 to 3 Business working days. This excludes Scottish Highlands, inline with the courier.

The Next Day service costs £4.79 so you can receive your goods quicker

Non-Mainland UK & Scottish Highlands

All orders placed on Spraypaintstore.co.uk with delivery to a non-mainland UK or Scottish Highlands address are 3 to 5 Business working days

The starting letters of the postcodes for Zone B areas are as follows:

Changes to your order

AFTER DISPATCH

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address. If the order is with the carrier you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.

BEFORE DISPATCH

If you have yet to receive your dispatch notification email you can update your details in your order history. If you are unable to modify your delivery details there, please contact customer care and we can sort it out for you.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before we mark it as dispatched by doing so on your order details section. If you are having any trouble, please contact Spraypaintstore.co.uk  Customer Care and we can sort it out for you. This will include stopping your order from going out and give you refund for that order.

Missed Estimated Delivery

If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order OR If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact Spraypaintstore Customer Care. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier  to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Defective order

If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, If you’re having trouble with any of your items or believe they are defective, please contact spraypaintstore Customer Care.

Returns & Refunds

You have up to 30 days after taking delivery of your order to go about obtaining a refund. 

Invoices

If you require an invoice, please simply contact Spraypaintstore Customer Care requesting one along with quoting your order number.
